Victoria's Secret Current Consumer Demographic Moodboard
I created this moodboard to represent Victoria's Secret current demographic. I found that the brand aims at 188-24 year old women, the young age range is represented through the imagery of the young girls and their friends. On their phones, highlighting the dependency on social media this demographic is connected to.
The brand also has a luxury and premium connotations, thus the reasoning for including the diamond ring imagery and the bath tub. The demographic purchases from the brand as a luxury not necessity so the expensive visuals represent this.
The young demographic is very concerned with appearances, beauty and reputation. The top right image of the eye shadow and the lower right, with necklaces emphasising the concern of appearance and looks. The fitness girl also shows how the young age range is concerned with fitness and keeping in good shape, fitting again with the VS brand.
